Lankanfinolhu Faru: Location: North Malé Atoll, outside Paradise Type: Thila with overhangs Max. depth: 30 meters Suggested depth: 25-12 meters Current: Mild to medium Flora and Fauna: Hard and soft corals, fan corals, sea anemones, white tip reef sharks, napoleon fish, fusiliers, snappers, anthiax, tunas, oriental sweet lip, one spot and blue striped snappersRemark: This place was for some years ago perfect to see manta rays from about May to October/November. Because of all kind of rebuilding around the island the Manta's stayed away. Beautiful dive site especially for the corals. Fields of soft corals in all different kind of colors are growing on the top of the reef close to the overhangs. The ceilings of the caves are covered with cauliflower soft corals in light blue and yellow. Kadooma Caves: Location: South Malé Atoll, Corner Reef Type: Thila with 2 great caves Max. depth: 30 meters Suggested depth: 25-12 meters Current: Mild to medium Flora and Fauna: Caves, soft coral and home to dense schools of bigeye trevally and snapper. large fish, Bat fish.

Guraidhoo Corner: Location: South Malé Atoll, Outher Reef Type: Protected Nature Area Max. depth: 35 meters Suggested depth: 25-12 meters Current: Mild to medium Flora and Fauna: Sharks. Rays, Barracuda's and coral.

Fotteyo Kandu: Location: Felidhoo Atol, Type: Kandu (channel) Max. depth: 35 meters Suggested depth: 25-12 meters Current: Mild to strong Flora and Fauna: Sharks, Rays and different reef fishes.

Fushi Kandu: Location: Felidhoo Atol, Type: Kandu (channel) Max. depth: 35 meters Suggested depth: 25-12 meters Current: Mild to strong Flora and Fauna: Sharks, Rays and different reef fishes.

Kandooma Thila: Location: Soth Male Atol, Type: Thila Max. depth: 35 meters Suggested depth: 25-12 meters Current: Mild to strong Flora and Fauna: Eagle rays, Sharks, schools of tuna fish and soft coral. Here we encountered a school of sharks. Mostly white tips but als a few grey sharks.

Banana reef`: Location: North Malé Atoll, eastern side. Type: Thila, coral rocks, large overhang, slope as well as drop off Max. depth: 30 meters Suggested depth: 25-12 meters Current: Mild to very strong, "washing machines" Flora and Fauna: Hard and soft corals, blue striped snappers, lion fish, napoleon fish, moray eels, scorpion fish, anthiax, fusiliers, schooling banner fish, banded shrimps Remark: Very nice "landscape" with interesting rock formations.
